談起Jura葡萄酒，藏家們絕對不會忽略這位暱稱為“Fan-Fan”的天才釀酒師Jean-Francois Ganevat，2018年受La Revue du Vin de France雜誌封為年度風雲釀酒師，並給予3星的最高評價，頻頻受到各大酒評的肯定，Jean-Francois崇尚自然酒，有著許多想法的他，經常突破傳統的枷鎖，釀造出讓人難以忘懷的佳釀，除了承襲自家族的酒莊Domaine Ganevat以外，也和妹妹，Anne成立了Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat酒商，以自家位於Jura的葡萄混釀從其他產區嚴選後購入的葡萄，成就讓各酒評家為之著迷的酒款，Kermit Lynch曾評價“Jean-François Ganevat is a master of his craft, one of the true magicians of the eclectic.
