Thibault Liger-Belair在2001接手源自於Comte Liger-Belair位於Nuits Saint Georges的葡萄園，其中包含Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot和Nuits St. Georges Les St. Georges等著名的葡萄園，其中歷史最悠久的，便是位在鼎鼎大名Romanee Conti隔壁的Richebourg，所持有的0.52公頃葡萄園，葡萄種植於1931年到1936年間，在這個歷史悠久的特級園的南邊，和La Romanee和Romanee Conti僅有50公尺的距離，從有機到如今的自然動力法（Biodynamic），逐漸改善葡萄園的狀態，不受限Liger-Belair家族的風格，而是展現葡萄最原始的風味，成就高品質的葡萄酒，Thibault認為既使每片葡萄園彼此間的距離再相近，依然會因土壤的特性和為氣候的差異展現出不同的風味，他仔細觀差這些微小的不同，並讓葡萄順應自然成長，為避免橡木桶過度的木質和香草風味的影響，他將橡木桶在戶外長時間風乾，產生更細緻的單寧，釀造出最純淨的葡萄酒。
