Hoffmann Jayer (原Jayer Gilles)是由Henri Jayer的堂兄，Robert Jayer於1950年代成立，Robert曾在Domaine de la Romane-Conti釀酒師Andre Noblet手下工作，酒莊在1998年全面交由他的兒子，Jayer Gilles接手，同時也是當時為Jayer家族傳承下來唯一仍在釀酒的存在，遺憾的是Gilles Jayer因健康問題，在2017年時決定將酒莊賣給了瑞士富商Hoffmann，其中最著名的酒款，Echezeaux du Dessus Grand Cru為少有以單一地塊 – Climat釀造，Jayer Gilles持有的區塊約0.53公頃，是Jayer家族在1933年從DRC手中購入，緊鄰DRC所有的Echezeaux以及Grands Echezeaux，品質極為優異。
