Champagne Savart (Frederic Savart)的所有莊園位於香檳區Reims附近的Ecueil和Villers-Aux-Noeuds。Savart擁有約4公頃的葡萄園，都是一級或特級園，主要種植Pinot Noir和少量Chardonnay。Frederic Savart於2001年繼承酒莊，延續父親的”風土實驗室”宗旨，追求自然生態的純粹表現，對葡萄園的照料旨在保護生態系統，不進行不必要的人工干預。他認為酒款的美好來自大自然，作為勃根地愛好者，他致力於釀造與勃根地媲美的香檳，持續精進。
