Chateau Raya可能是隆河區域最神秘的酒莊了，悠久的歷史可追溯至1880年，當時Albert Reynaud在失聰後為尋找其他事業而成立，至今酒莊仍是由Reynaud家族所管理，在Jacques Reynaud將酒莊推向是接頂峰後，如今由他的兒子Francois接手經營，延續家族榮耀。Raya在Chateauneuf du Pape眾多酒莊中名列前茅，完全由酒莊自行裝瓶銷售，釀造酒款在擁有優雅的同時又帶有力量，在該區域也是最昂貴的酒款。
