Jacques Selosse酒款大部分都是以無年份出品，唯有Jacaues Selosse Millesime是Anselme Selosse釀造唯一的一款年份香檳。Millesime以Avize的兩塊單一葡萄園，Les Maladries du Midi和Les Chantereines的葡萄所釀造，每年生產量少之又少。
提到影響香檳最深的釀酒師，絕對不會遺漏Anselme Selosse。在身為釀酒師的同時，也是相當優秀的葡萄農。接手Jacques Selosse以前，Anselme在勃根地研讀釀酒學，向Coche Dury, Lafon和Leflaive等以釀造優質Chardonnay聞名的酒莊討教，學習如何釀造出獨特且讓人眼睛為之一亮的酒款。在1980年接手Jacques Selosse酒莊後，做了重大改革，帶領酒莊成為如今在國際上，最受歡迎的香檳之一。
Anselme Selosse以勃根地的方式釀造香檳，堅信以低產量維持品質，並以有機栽種葡萄，保留其最原始的風土特色，獲得許多酒評家的青睞：
