身為年輕一代的葡萄農Elise Bougy有著超乎想像的熱情，管理著家族僅3公頃葡萄園的他，實踐生物動力法的法則，尊重風土細心呵護栽培。這3公頃的葡萄園分別有2/3位於Montagne的一級園地帶Les Meseneux，另外1/3則是位於Cote de Blancs的特級園Mesnil-sur-oger。Elise以極具個性和特色的精神打響名號，在釀造時尊重環境帶來的價值和風味。

Elise Bougy Le Monts-Chainqueux葡萄源於Montagne de Reims的山腳下的低一地塊葡萄園，Le Monts-Chainqueux。這塊葡萄園於1965年起種植著Pinot Noir以及Pinot Meunier，土壤由白堊土組成，上方覆蓋著淤泥、沙土以及黏質的土壤，受益於東南方的陽光，是當地精選最優質的地塊。Elise Bougy Le ‘Mont-Chainqueux’ Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru Brut Nature NV由50% Pinot Noir以及50% Pinot Neunier混釀而成的黑中白香檳。
