Marc de Bourgogne渣釀白蘭地，來自勃根地特有的烈酒，採用葡萄酒釀造後的果渣為原料，許多勃根地的釀酒師會在葡萄酒釀造後留下的種子、葡萄皮和葡萄梗進行蒸餾，蒸餾後再於陳年過葡萄酒的橡木桶中熟成，製造出勃根地特有優雅柔順的白蘭地。
