Pommard是勃根地往往較容易被忽略的產區，然而這裡仍隱藏著不容錯過的瑰寶，Domaine du Comte Armand所釀造的Clos des Epeneaux獨佔園便是其中之一。《Inside Burgundy》作家Jasper Morris曾評論 “If Pommard can be an elegant wine, then the Clos des Epeneaux is the vineyard to demonstrate it./ 如果Pommard能展現出優雅的一面，那麼Clos des Epeneaux正是最佳的典範” 。
Armand家族自1826年起，便持有Clos des Epeneaux這片葡萄園，在根瘤蚜蟲病災情肆虐後的1930年重新種植葡萄藤，自此之後，便穩坐Pommard頂尖地塊的地位。Pascal Marchand在1985年至1998年期間負責此處的釀造。1999年後交給自1991年起便在酒莊工作的Benjamin Leroux。如今由Paul Zinetti負責，酒莊目前已轉向生物動力法耕種，持續釀造著這精緻且純淨的酒款，。作為頂尖的獨佔園（Monopole）作品，2018 年份的 Comte Armand Pommard Clos des Epeneaux 獲得了 Allen Meadows 93分優異評價，並形容其擁有 ”balanced and beautifully persistent finale/ 平衡且餘韻極其持久的美麗收尾”，是許多特級園強勁的對手。
